Musings on the Vine @ Cappella Restaurant, Needham, MA

Everyone knows the sweet wines of Portugal – Port and Madeira, but until recently, few people knew much about the dry wines coming out of Portugal. At our December class at Capella, we took a brief tour through some of dry wines of Portugal. As always, the wines were paired with a succulent meal, prepared by the Rob Picardi and crew.
