Cappella Restaurant, Needham MA

Another wonderful afternoon spent tasting and feasting at Cappella Restaurant, enjoying a playful replay of the historic Judgement of Paris tasting of 1976. And, like the fateful event of 1976, the US edged out the French by a nose. From a pairing perspective, the US took two of three heats. From a total score perspective, the US wines garnered 32 total points, with the French wines amassing 27 points – not an overwhelming triumph, but a triumph all the same.
